Why when you have a vacumn hose turned on and you put a ping pong ball above it,

Question

Why when you have a vacumn hose turned on and you put a ping pong ball above it, it floats (wiggles) back and forth. Also why when a little car which blows air out of it, when moving, the ball will float and follow above it until car stops. And last, why does a ping pong ball attached to a string go towards (into)the water coming out of faucet when close to it compared to when we blow on the ball form the side or above it goes the other way?

Bermoulli's principle has to do with this stuff i'm sure.
