Hello, I am working on an Object Oriented Analysis and Design project.

Description of My project:

  We liked to build a IESCO (Islamabad Electric Supply Company ) online system. This system should be able to store details of each customer. Also it should be able to show bills to the respective customer. Then the customer should be able to pay the bill and so on.
To add some extra functionality (incase the scope is less ) then we can add some extra system for IESCO internal workforce. Details of each employee , attendance , salary etc will be stored . Employee and his/her senior will be able to see that...The aim is to build a non error-prone automated system for the convenience of customers and employees and to make an online system for billing and so on.....

I just want your help in defining the scope of this project further and according to the following definition of SCOPE:

•Scope Defines the "domain" of the project. List any "previous tools or work done" in the same area. Also identify the level to which the project is going to be probed into in future.

(all three above mentioned points needs to be covered in defining the scope of the given project)

SCOPE of the Project:

IESCO(Islamabad electric supply company) enables the customers to view their biling, online payment of their respective account. It also includes employee details and his absence details , which can be monitored by employee and his seniors. IESCO manages the human resource requisite with quality and efficiency with decreasing the labor work for both the company employees as well as customers.The major task of the system is to build a automated error prone automated online system. This can be used for future statistics inorder to calculate the data. and can be further used easily optimizing the high degree standards of electric supply and its values , customer details, and employee details.

NOTE :Scope of a project will reflect the creativity of the product , sets the expectations of the system which shows the difference from other projects or systems. Each and every part of the project should be involved. The following should be covered in scope of a project:

There are lot more to be listed. Mostly these are the things needed to be covered. Dont forget, it should be too long read. short and sweet description conveying what makes the difference and what brings the quality. Tabular representation of scenarios and comparisions will be helpful.
