The role of the abstract is to present a clear statement about the whole paper or the full report including the type of the report and the need of it. An impressive abstract engages the reader to understand more about the topic and provides him or her with the reason why he/she should continue to read the article. The title plays a crucial role in any paper or document. An effective title is the one that catches the attention by being short and very descriptive for the topic. The topic statement or the research question should be presented clearly in the abstract body. The statement should bring the point of carrying out the research or the reason behind writing an article

An abstract describes what actually you do in your paper/article, whether it’s a scientific experiment or a literary analysis paper. It will help the reader to understand an article or paper very easily and help people searching for this paper decide whether it suits their purposes prior to reading. To write an abstract, we need to finish the paper first, then type a summary that identifies the purpose, problem, methods, results, and conclusion of the whole work. Since an abstract is meant to "sell" our work,we should first begin by explaining the topic of our work. We should be specific and also should use the active voice rather than the passive voice.Here, first sentence should describe the context for our research. The second sentence should explain the research question we were working on. Then a sentence to describe where the data come from and any important details about it. Then a sentence about how we analyzed the data. Finally,should give them a hint as to our bottom line conclusion.We can give 2 to 4 sentences for the whole abstract and we should State the issue or background context upfront and early. And also should State the basis of your theory or investigation along with the overall 'angle' or result and finally end with implications or recommendations. We can outline how we went about solving the problem. We can do this by explaining your methodology and the experiments conducted if any exists.

By this, we are telling the user only enough to make him want to read the whole paper on ethical dilemma - I would put the user in a dilemma and ask for an ethical response.All this gives a glimpse of what will be discussed in the paper and what is the problem at hand. All you want to do is make the reader interested in the contents of your paper. We shouldn't waste a reader's precious time if the reader wishes to read your paper with a clear intent. So, if the Abstract tells the reader what he can accomplish, he can very well decide as to whether he should read the paper or not. We can use as many of our keywords as possible, as databases catalog the most common words in our abstract to index material. Can also introduce keywords naturally, and be thorough, detailed, and descriptive.

Summary is that,which focuses on showing what was found out because of the research the paper is about.Summary is closing the document at the very end of it.
