My question is regarding how I setup my summation for torque. The Pulley is rotating clockwise so does my negative sign only apply to the left side of the equeation (T1-T2)? Or, is the acceleration negative as well. How do you deal with neagtive torques in this case? I know this is the right answer but I need setup help.
