b) The Engineering characteristics which effect to a customer greatest satisfaction is mainly the Duration and power consumption with image quality. if the Price is high but image quality is low then it will be considered as worst. mainly satisfaction depends on reasonable price with good quality and long duration
c) The pair of customer requirements which are not in conflict are
1.The long duration baterry life and high quality image
2.The low price and long baterry life
The above two are the customers which are not in conflict and they are very useful in purchasing or deciding the life future of any electronic device.Furthermore , to decide any elctronics performance main consideration duration and size with price
d) In all of above the engineering characteristics the quality of image and baterry life are the main concern in acheiving as quality of image increases price increases and duration of the baterry depends on current mA rating if it is high the cost and power duration will be extended.
