Seeing the above diagram it can be conclude that option (D) is correct.Because in option (D) as per given connection,when you made power ON of the drive,it can be programmed that the PLR output 1 state will be changed to NC from NO.So the +12V of the drive will go to PLR1 relay and then from the relay it will again goes to start of the drive.COM is already inbuilt in the drive.Hence the motor start to RUN in the Forward direction with minimum speed as programmed.

In option (A) drive +12V is connected to PLR1 output but no feedback from the PLR1 output to the drive.Again no supply to PLR2 output relay as it is a potential free relay contact.So the drive will not get the return voltage from the PLR and it will not RUN.

In option(B) though +12V of the drive is connected to PLR1 output,but return path of PLR1 is connected to COM of drive instead of START or REV.So the drive will not get Run feedback and it will not RUN.

In option (C) also there is no RUN feedback to drive.So the drive will not RUN.

So only option (D) is correct.
