Discrete semiconductor devices and circuits: Bipolar junction transistor theory: Question 21 A technician uses a multimeter's "diode check" function to identify the terminals on a BJT. There are only two places where a non-infinite reading is obtained, and they are as follows: 0.605 From these measurements, determine what type of BJT this is (PNP or NPN) and identify all three terminals. Bipolar junction transistors as switches Question 7 Some of the following transistor switch circuits are properly configured, and some are not. Identify which of these circuits will function properly (i.e. turn on the load when the switch closes) and which of these circuits are mis-wired: Circuit 1 Circuit 2 Load Load Circuit 3 Circuit 4 Load LoadExplanation / Answer
sol 21 ...right most wire is common in both reading and connected to negative lead. it is giving positive value of voltage hence right most wire is base and it is N type. so it is a PNP transistor.
