The project manager is the head leading the engineers and the other supervisors in order to complete the task or project in a timely manner. He/she is considered a person of enormous experience and expertise in handling situations and decision making.They are also the people who bare the risks on their shoulders should something go wrong.
A project manager should first of all be a good leader in the true sense of the term that is to take teams failiure as his and the teams victory as the teams credit. He should be a googood team player and understand the posipositiveposipositives and negatives of his work group. He should be able to get the work done by his team and should also be able to get the team to its peak efficiency.he should be good at planning well ahead and should be able to foresee any disasters ahead. That is about it.
