Best site: NOAA: It is in a video format with complete explanation and definition and very it is put very well graphically.

2nd Best site: How stuff works. they have very good content. They explain things in great detail. The best feature would be the content and the worst would be the ease of use. Everything is written like one big chapter with multiple pages. It would be nice if it could be written in subparts.

3rd Best site: Hurricanes: Online meterology guide. Very user friendly, precise and brief content. However, would be better if it was more descriptive.
