Sustainability is defined as minimal negative impact on business, environment, community or economy. Business sustainability is a process by which companies manage their financial, social and environemental risks.

Sustainability requires proper planning, making right and timely decisions and implementing them in a attractive business of that time. Sustainability is required one to sustain long time in a business by making profits and reaching required targets. Without sustainability no business, activity and management get success and leads collapse.

Business sustainability can be achieved by proper management, co-ordination, social and financial demands and concerns to ensure responsible, ethical and ongoing success.

Sustainability is measured as profitable return of investment. Initial period need investment but in sustained business the income on business take care of the business in its sustainability and growth to reach set targets.

Thiele opines that practice of sustainability is not for pursuing simply self interest. Because of angle of more self-interest modern generation creating problems environmental degradation, unhealthy lives and damaging future life.
