The information Technology plays a very important role in the accounting process as it makes the classyfing of all the financial dealings easier. The accountant just has to input the amount in the proper location. The accounting softwares have improved which helps to generate the financial information which is than processed. There are much integrated software now like SAP and Oracle and peachtree and qiuckbooks allows the companies to see how the data will be input into the systems and how the data will link into the accounting functions for the immediate as well as later on use. Some of this program it is hard to use in the big in all the business houses today there are proper accounting software
