1. If fats are bad for people, why do we keep eating them? And, if fats are bad for people, what can we do in order to decrease the daily consumption of fat?
2. In your opinion, is the use of olive oil a good solution to start consuming healthier fats? And, about the use of fat substitutes such as apple sauce for baking? What do you do personally in order to have a low-fat diet?
3. What kind of lifestyle changes can be done in the U.S. population in order to decrease or, use in moderation the amount of fat in the diet, fast food restaurants, and snacks?
4. Manufacturers of Protein supplements usually recommend them nutritional supplements for people of all ages, but especially for athletes to improve performance, or, as weight loss substances. Are these types of claims all truth? What do you think? Please provide your opinion on this.
5. A lot people in the U.S. are buying amino acid supplements, and incorporating them as part of their daily take of supplements. Most of the recommendations promise a better health, prevention of cardiovascular disease, clots, strokes, etc. What is your opinion about this practice of taking amino acid supplements? Do you think it would be better to learn how to eat healthier, and know how amino acids complement to each other in a well-balanced diet?

1) There are two types of fats one us saturated fatty acid and another one is unsaturated fatty acids. The bad fats are saturated fatty acids. We keep eating fats because our all cells have cell membrane that is made up of fatty acids. It is necessary to eat some amount of fats as our cells need them.
In order to decrease daily consumption of fats you can consume olive oil that is rich in poly unsaturated fatty acids.
