Things are alike ,whih goes hand in hand , if deviated all system goes wrong.

Four fact questions

Ans: yes ,it is true , the required normal sleeping hours are 7-9 , if the day naps are more lenthy ,the quality of sleep during night reduces ,and may not be sound.

Ans: Exercise regurarly improves blood to vital organs , where the wear and tear of blood cells occur and there will be formation of new cells ,ny the good metabolic capacity of the body.

Ans:   Timings in intake of food is necessary, because body will be adjusted according to the time we eat food , and will be ready when it is time for food in a rhythmic way, so that body can concentrate on other bodily functions in rest of the time.

Ans: Good food gives strength to exercise , which improves blood circulation and induce sleep.

Two concept questions

Ans: Food is metabloised and converted to glucode ang further energy ,with the help of which body performs exercises and exercises in turn creates demand for food by metabolising the food.

Ans: Good nutrition helps body to assimilate the vitamins and minarals required for body ,and helps in memorising things.
