Explanation / Answer
I will select Indian Rural Hindu women to state the influence of socio ecnomic and cultural background of the person in management of diabetes mellitus 2. As this condition occurs because of either deficiency or resistance of insulin action all the above said factors have a key role. The quality of lifestyle( it is a multi aspectorial fact which include diet, exercise, physique, treatment ,financial security etc). As the diet plays a vital role socio ecnomicaly poor people or rural people have less risk of obesity as it is a prone factor ro develop obesity. The non sedentary life style of rural people make them to keep them away from diabetes in some extend and the dietry intake also. So when compared to the urban high class people this rural people make has a less chance to prone to diabetes
