2.Positive memory: Physical education helps to learn about many sports.In my school days during PE period trainer used to make us to do variety of exercises and play.
Negative effect:forced to exercise for 45 minutes to one hour even if we are not interested. Exercise should be a hobby that children enjoy, not an 'assignment' that puts them off.
