firm is resposible for the health , safety ane welfare of the society and should have performed services in the areas of their competence ,so the firm is responsible for the after effects of their filtration installation since it cannot be restricted to just installation.It is their duty to keep them effective for the infiltration success.

Yes , i think the benefit is worth eventual cost of replacing filters not just for defending themselves but even to the risk the community is now exposed too.
