Almost Family is a provider of home health care services. Their services include nursing, occupational therapy, personal care, physical therapy, and speech therapy. The organization operates in over 250 locations and 15 states. The facilities’ medical records are primarily on paper. This method is expensive, risky, difficult to analyze, and possess negative impact on the environment.

   Problem solving in health care is too impartant to be left to chance, the tools can be applied in almost any medical and non medical operation and processes in the hospital or health care institution like : nursing services,Medical services,radiology, Laboratory,Pharmacy,House keeping and maintenance..Hospitals and other health care providers deal with a host of problems..For this very few tools was there to solving problems..problems often remain unsolved due to lot of reason..
? Hospitals and other health care services launched a Total Quality Management(TQM) program to improve their services.There are some disadvandages in it:
?    --Health care information system is expected to save money in running and organizational profitability through efficiency,cost-effective and safety.This health care system expences in record keeping and hospital standards and work flow and other management services..
? --It also facing problems with medical record errors legibility and other entry..
?There are some possible solutions for this services to be improved:-
? --Eligible physicians need to comply with quality reporting and initiatives..
?    --Technological advancements should be highlighted..This will give so much potential to improve patient care.
?    --A significant change in the health care industry's approach to providing care in underway..build the social media relationship with the patient..
? -- Information Technology helps a lot from its services for designed in collecting,storing,managing and providing available patient information important to the health care system..This technology made a changes in way of services in hospitals..Internet health care is a one more way to implement and solving the patient illness and requirements..
? Paper records require always additional information and to be handled carefully..It can be stored in large ware houses that are filled with paper. this paper record take up space and less environmental friendly..
? Therefore electronic medical records giveup lot of advandages process with medical professionals have access to the data they need instantly, it can be stored in the cloud allowing the use of fewer resources..
