Lindquist cannot recover anything on the basis of quasi-contract because the Miller didnot made any profit for middleton. the court awarded damages on the basis of Quasi-contract but the US court of Appeals for the seventh circuit reversed and remanded the case to determine what Lindquist reasonable expectations were.
