3. Answer:-
The communication which flows in the organization network without any standarized formats and by maintaining any formalities, and that can run through an entire organization is called as " Grape wine communication ". It is an purely informal form of communication. It general starts from a gossip or any rumor which spreads into overall organization by adding some more and some more to the gossip and making it more and more spicy. When the staff or employees of same department or different departments of same cader meet each other at any meeting, at break time or in luch time some one will start expressing his doubt about some gossip herd by him in the organization. Then they all the people in that group will start discussions on that gossip and spreads that gossip to their own department. This is how a grapwine develops and flows in an oraganization.
Some times it is necessary, because of the grapewine communication Employer or the Management of the organization may have a chance to get some feedback from the employees and others external to the organization. It may not be genuine. But it will give a basic idea about the opinions of employees regarding new policies or decissions taken and implemented as trail by the management.
At the same time it is very dangerous, as the gossip from its starting form, it will be added with lot of other ambigious matters which may hurt personal feelings of any employee working in the organization. which leads to very dangerous situations in the organizations.

Managerial functions P,O,L,C are as follows;
Planing, Organizing, Leading and Controlling.
In the given case the caterer first plan which work should be done first and which should be next based on the level of importance and its urgency regarding the targetted work. As he has only 2 employees with him, he should first finish very important and very urgent work regarding the cateeting. next Urgent but not important, next important but not urgent, last preerence shall be given to not important and not urgent work. Without any confussion if he plans in this way with his less sources, he can finish his targeted work.
Planning is a paper work whereas Organizing is a practicle work which is more harder than the planning. So, he should organise the work, in such a way that he should assign correct work to correct person. A person who works hard and more efficient in preforming that work he should be given more important and urgent work, so time will be saved and other less efficent worker should be given with other un importan and less urgency works.
At the time when there is a more work than the expected work, leading that team is very crucial. One should lead the team in such a way that, he should encourage his employes towards finishing the organizational goals as efficiently as possible. He should motivate the employees towards the acheiving of organizational goals as like acheiving their own goals. Then the staff will acheive the targeted work very efficiently and also effectively.
At the same time caterer should controll his employees and the work performed by them based on the quality standards of the organization or the contracted standards which they agreed to maintain in catereing. The actual work and performance should be compared with standards. If it was as per the standards no problem, in other case necessary actions shall be taken to reach the standards in quality and performance.
Ultimately the caterer should get succed in catering dinner party to 500 people using the above management functions.
