Question

if summer camp is open for ten weeks and property tax ($10,000/10 weeks) given then I believe it should be $1000/per week and this $1000 would be the average cost and not the actual cost per week, is that right?

If summer camp is canceled for the last week and only open for 9 weeks instead of 10 weeks then what would be the cost per week? can we avoid the cost of $1000 for the last week? or it will still charge $10,000 for 9 week?

can we consider $10,000 as fixed cost in this case? If camp only last for 9 weeks, it will still charge $10,000 and last week cost would not be avoidable because they have given 10 weeks cost and not one week cost?
