Schools can successfully implement programmes to reduce obesity and overweight.

Healthy eating and physical activities can reduce incidence of obesity and weight gain.

School based physical education , revised meal programs for children to be followed . Height , weight and BMI of children to be checked regularly and change measures accordingly.
