The World Health Organization is dedicated to providing a better, healthier future for everyone in the world. Because of the health disparities in the world, WHO is facing a challenge when it comes to carrying out its mission. One of their biggest problem is the declining budget they have had since 1994. Without the budget to be able to create vaccines, medications, and diagnosing testing, WHO is further and further away from a healthier world. The changes in WHO in the 21st century could mostly be contributed to low budget of the organization. In fact, WHO had 1/3 the budget for flu vaccines, that New York City has for healthcare. Without proper funding, WHO will not be able to aide in improving health outcomes for everyone. An imperative factor in improving health for everyone is cooperation between countries. Countries need to cooperate with each other because this could help solve joint problems by sharing knowledge and best practices (World Health Organization). Many countries face similar health problems, such as the Ebola outbreak of 2014-2015 (The College of Physicians of Philadelphia). Ebola first caused an outbreak in West Africa, and then moved its way to other countries, such as the United States. Without the Ebola vaccine being developed by the Public Health Agency of Canada, the outbreak would be spiraling out of control (The College of Physicians of Philadelphia). This vaccine has saved many lives in West Africa, although it was not developed there, Canada was able to provide a cure for other countries. This and many other health issues will continue to arise, and that is why it is imperative that each country cooperates with each other in order to save lives faster and strengthen health systems worldwide. Countries should communicate with each other in regard to any diseases they feel have the potential of being a threat and might affect many. Countries should also communicate about any development in medicines, treatments, and preventive measures for diseases such as HIV, or Chronic Illnesses. By working together, global health could be achieved.

World health organisation is the chief body to set up new norms and standards for any type of health issue outbreak globally . Health for all by 21 st century is affected greatly by financial status.This is due to many factors like poor funding and raising expenditure to invent new treatment for newly outbreak diseases and for chronic conditions.

Hence cooperation between countries is necessary to achieve global health .
