1.This is indeed a very difficult situation ,as i have to bear both personal and job pressure.As the superviser is unavailable at the time.I would inform the situation to the doctor in charge of the department to make a decision Then i would call my husband and inform him to take leave or ask him to call his office to notice that he would arrive late.The doctor will most probably prescribe a sedative to the Dementia patient.I would then talk with the son of the emphysema patient and comfort him.I will order my co worker to help me ,either wise i will report the matter to the Doctor and to the superviser.Probably this will put some sense into him.if not with the permission of the then Doctor i will call upon another staff from the department for help.
