   Indiviual coverage with additional flexibility for all americans can increase coverage and reduce health cost..congress should include medicare wage index for rural providers same like urban providers..Pharmaceutical companies must involve in truly innovative drugs and providing longer protection for patient cures by bringing the cost in low rate for long-term care,prevention,primary care and chronic illness.Physician can control the cost for patient with better outcome..Medicaid can be provide for patient with psychological illness..
   Health disparities between races and socioeconomic status must be considered..congress should improve health outcomes by facing these disparities and reducing the cost...
