*A bad-news message (a delay in production or operating plan)

*A persuasive message (solicit consumers to use the product or service showing benefits)

My company's name will be 'Nextgen Education'. The company will be engaged in the business of operating pre-schools. The initial business model will be to start company owned schools. The schools will cater to the educational requirement of children in the age group of 2 years to 6 years. The school will differentiate itself from other schools by focusing on providing excellent care, excellent educational infrastructure (in terms of learning equipments, toys, puzzles), and excellent faculty.

The curriculum will be the unique selling proposition of the schools. The curriculum will be modeled on the eclectic and seven petal approach for the holistic development of every child. The curriculum with eclectic approach has evolved from pro-active synthesis of various schools of thought on early childhood viz; Project Method, Multiple Intelligence, Play Way, Montessori Method and Theme Based Model. Opportunities will be provided for children to acquire skills and concepts involving problem solving, decision-making, questioning, evaluating and discovering.

I will be marketing the product to people of Bangladesh. The economy of Bangladesh is growing on the back of its garment and textile industry that caters to various large multinationals. The economy grew by 7.1% in 2015 and the GDP per capita is increasing. As the disposable income is increasing, there is an increasing focus towards education. There is an unexploited market for education, especially in the pre-school segment. My company wants to create a niche for itself, on the back of its different curriculum and excellent infrastructure and faculty.

Direct mail piece:

We are glad to announce that we will start our first pre school in the near future and schools will be added throughout the nation in a phased manner. The school will focus on developing different skill sets of young children and groom them for their future. (routine message).

We would also like to share with you a new development. The opening of the first school has been delayed by four months (compared to the initial announcement made 2 months ago). This is due to delay in procuring licenses from different authorities and regulatory bodies. (bad news message).

We will start the enrollment process from next month. Parents are requested to enroll their wards with us to witness a transformation, to see an overall development of their skills and to see them growing as confident, honest and focused individuals. (persuasive message).
