Tomas sometimes makes mistakes when he enters the code. As long as the customer does not object, Tomas thinks it’s unnecessary to correct his mistakes.

2-yes this violates the company and professional standards. the person using other employees e mail id without their permission. he may access to information which is only concerned with the designated person and this fellow may use this information for his benefit and may misuse it.

3- All the employees who have personal information are affected by this event. even concerned person if some very important and private information related to business are there may affects the business of the organization.

situation 8- yes if he is doing it intentionally every time, it is illegal because he is charging the consumer for something that they aren’t purchasing

2-Yes this company professional and company ethics because if conusmer are not getting proper billing and content in its purchase invoice. if information is wrong and misleading, customer may face problem related to replacement or warranty issues so it is a violation of company and professional standards.

3- the customer and company both can suffer on the ground of over pricing or underpricing of product and as well customer may face warranty and replacement issues. company may also face issues related to wrong recording of accounting information and tax issues
