Enzymes are the bio catalyst that catalyze the bio chemical reaction. These enzymes are mostly protein molecules that perform their catalytic activity at a specific temperature and a specific pH. The temperature at which this enzyme perform their catalytic activity is known as it's Optimal temperature and that particular pH is known as it's Optimal pH. If we alter the optimal temperature or it's Optimal pH then the catalytic efficiency of the enzyme will be altered and it will not be able to perform it's function properly.
