After knowing facts about this organization, it is clear that human resources conditions are not good hence we need to take some better actions for improving conditions of human resources. For improving current situations of human resources in organization for info graphic project we need to diversify the pool of human resources and also increase the level of quality. Thus for getting better & positive results and for reaching at higher achievements, our organization need to maintain diversified & competent human resource team at all levels in the organization.
Our organization can make a good pool of efficient employee with the help of making a diversified contact to the prospective clients and it will help in maintaining a good prospective numbers of the future employees in the organization. Hence we can say that after keeping diversified list of the prospective employees we can meet out the demands of our orgnization in future whenever required.
