2. Healthy cells have higher growth m than the pathogen infected cells. Healthy cells shows the expression of MHC I glycoprotein with processed self antigen. But when cells are affected by internal pathogens such as bacteria or viruses, the cell starts to skip the expression of class I MHC glycoprotein. The the pathogen affected cell can easily skip from the immunological responses of the body. For this reason there are differences.
