Compare and contrast the investment decisions that you might make as an individual investment versus a corporate investment. Include both the accounting investment aspect and the financial investment aspect (they are different aspects because they both have different goals).

Individual Finance: An individual do the investment in securities by himself or herself. Some individual do the short term investment whereas some other do the long term investment. Individual investment can be done in the form of shares, debentures, bonds, etc. It will help the corporate to do generate the funds.

Corporate Investment: An investment done by the corporate to expand their business. Meager and acquisition, investment in equity and debentures etc. are examples of corporate investment. Corporate investment will help the corporate to expand their business. With the help of corporate investment, company can enter into the other sector.
