During T cell- APC interaction, anergic condition occurs when a T cell gets partially activate. This phase is an important phase because here T cell cannot response to the antigen but the activation stage can reverse. Actually, when an APC interact with T cell through the probable MHC molecule, generally T cell gets activate but under normal integration signal, the T cell gets partial activation. After, the lost of the integrated signal due to its low intensity, the T cell gets in its previous stage. This process may hold from few weeks to seven months.
