Number of  master carpenter=y

Number of brick layers = z

39000x+49000y+27000z=1737000

x+ y = 4*z

y = x/3

x= 3y

3y +y = 4z

4y = 4z

y= z

39000*(3y)+49000y+27000y=1737000

x= 3*9 = 27

z= 9
