Half of gel it there is random probe binding (seen as darker areas) in a diagonal line.

According to the image, it can be clearly seen that Northern blot analysis of liver extract mRNA and tRNA was made in this experiment. However, either of the extracts failed to provide any positive bands and only non-specific binding mediated patches were observed on lower side of the gel. This observation suggests following:
