I have encounter the toxin produced by bee. Toxin of bee is known as apitoxin that contain the peptide known as apamin. When anybody, by mistakenly try to go close to the bee nest, then bee releases it toxin to save their family. Toxin will generate inflammation in the bitting area.

This toxin is produced by worker or queen of the honey bee secreted by venom glands.

When the bees,encounter the danger, the worker or queen of the family releases toxin that is a protein from the salivary glands, that result in the inflammation in that region.
