ans: Nokia is a company which has external impact of not going along with technology, nokia lost all of its bussines just because it did not go with android based smart phones. another factor that hampers nokia is sudden increase of no. of other brands in mobile manufacturing devices, which also ate its share such as Lava mobile phone, Micromax, Redmi and Lenova and etc

Visible cuture for nokia is its quality though it lost market share but never compromised on quality and invisible cultire is retention of employees. ( many employees are attached to the company from the time they joined)

Another ex. may be infosys - impact of US government on law relating to visa issues and another external impact is demand is decreasing for softwares since market is saturated, visible cultural imact is quality with reasonable cost invisble culture is employees bondings
