1) We know that money is one of the best incentives. But there are many things beside money which works as well. In a contract we definitely need to put something like “The manager will get $__ amount for each talented player who gets selected for the Tigers. Except that if who can successfully be able to manage to get selected __ players in the Tigers he will have a chance to be a manager for Tiger.” These kinds of promises will definitely motivate the manager to focus on developing top talent.

2)It is a team game so only one top or talented player can’t win the game all the time if the team is not good enough. So the manager should improve the team as well as he should be conscious that the top player is comfortable with team play.

Next thing is finding out talents. As we know large quantity also increases the probability of getting good player so he should look for new and talented player whom he can make a better one.

3) Past experience in this case is always necessary. He can highlight the past achievements in his career. Except that he should describe his techniques and plans briefly so that the selection committee comes to know about his talent
