3) The disabled worker's daughter, age 16, who is attending high school full-time.

4) A chemistry instructor, age 51, who can no longer teach because of chronic laryngitis but can work as a research scientist for a drug company.

5) A 42-year-old worker who expects to be off work for at least one year due to a crushed foot

Explanation / Answer

1) The worker is injured in an auto accident which is not a work related injury. Hence, he would not be eligible for disability income benefits.
