Emails processing team

Explaining from my past experience while I was working as a manager with a BPO were my team use to process customer request through emails. It was very important to help each other as all customers will come with queries pertaining to different product line and all will not be expert of it hence every time a critical or complicated case is received it takes time to resolve the same, also it impacts the overall productivity.

Apart from this, retention of employee is directly proportional to your quality and productivity to which team bonding is very important parameter.

To develop the same within the team and creating an enjoying environment will help the organizations to retain people and run the processed effectively.

While doing the same to develop the team bonding, it is important to identify and implement these activities.

Tug of war is one of the effective team building activity, the participants will put all effort to win the war and this develop the bonding within the team.

As it needs the team to be decided who will go to play also the one who stands at the beginning and at the end are important and the same needs discussion before decision while deciding the same it brings the rigor within the team to win the war and post the competition either win or a loss will create bonding within the team members.
