An effective team will have members who have the skill and expertise to perform a particular task and hence it will improve the performance both in quality and productivity.

All teams need a set of rules by which they operate. This helps to achieve desired uniform output.

Teams are composed of diverse individuals, each of whom comes to the team with his or her own set of values. Understanding and celebrating this diversity helps to make a stronger, more effective team.
