1) Question which is the most difficult to answer is certainly 'What skill or expertise do you feel like you’re still missing?

This question is very difficult to answer because its very hard to tell which quality or skill we lack as the employer might well be looking for the same skill which we lack.

2) Who inspires you and why?

My biggest insipiration is Jack Ma. He have tested failures so many times but he always rose to occassion and triumph ultimately. He is a big insipiration because his story keeps us telling that Failures are just a learning curve and you have to overcome them to acheieve something big.

If you were starting a company tomorrow, what would be its top three values?
