As per Balanced Scorecard, Co. has performed on lower side of the industry.

Co. has invested most of their assets for Future which is not very good as an organization should invest moderate amount for future.

Co. has very poor asset management which is not good. It should take out more funds to manage the assets.

Co. is on higher side of financial risk looks like co. has invested more in risky investments. The co. should take out funds from there and invest for working capital. This would balance its financial risk as well as present performance with the industry as well as internally co. would be stable.

So, Co. should invest in working capital to increase its output though productivity Is on higher side but co. should focus on increasing its capacity for more results.

Wealth is kept as moderate which is ok but it should be increased slightly to meet exigencies.
