(e) to sell him her apartment's piano for $900 , and (f) her parking spot for $499

Are the agreements enforceable?

Oral agreements are enforceable but in some cases written contract is required. I will take all the agreements and will explain which are enforceable and which are not.

(a) to lease a store to Micheal to Manhattann at $1000 per month for 6 months

This is Enforceable as the agreement is for less than 1 year. If a real estate lease is for more than 1 year then written contract is necessary for it to be enforceable

(b) to lease a store to Michael in NJ at $2,000 per month for 6 months

This is Enforceable as the agreement is for less than 1 year. If a real estate lease is for more than 1 year then written contract is necessary for it to be enforceable

(c) to hire him to run her PTA campaign at school starting the following day as the elections are to take place on Dec1, 2018

This is not enforceable as it will take necessarily more than one year to fully complete all the commitments. Contracts that necessarily take longer than one year to complete needs written contract to be enforceable

(d) to hire him to help her finish the editing of her new book that she committed to submit to the editor by Nov29,2018

This is not enforceable as it will take necessarily more than one year to fully complete all the commitments. Contracts that necessarily take longer than one year to complete needs written contract to be enforceable

(e) to sell him her apartment's piano for $900

This is enforceable as the price is very less. In case price is higher than certain limit (differ by state) written contract is required

(f) her parking spot for $499

This is not enforceable as it is a real estate deal and any real estate contracts needs written contract to make it enforceable.
