Value of corpus required on Jun30, 2020 =25300x{(1-(1+0.12)-4)/0.12} =25300x3.0373 =$76,845
So, the balance of fund is $76,845
2.) Since, the contribution will be made in each of 4 years, this will be equivalent to future value of an annuity due i.e.
(1+0.12)xPx{(1+0.12)4-1)/0.12} =76,845
1.12Px4.7793 =76,845
P =76,845/1.12/4.7793
P= 14,356
Hence, the equal annual contribution should be $14,356
