2. Comprehensive physical examination: Includes routine tests, as per age, age-group, sexuality, medical and family history, etc.
3. Pre-employment examination: conducted to test, whether an individual is capable of working.
4. Insurance physical examination: done prior to claim insurance money for clinical consequences.
1. General communication to detect common problems: A protocol may be followed to access general discomforts or probable diseases, like pains, discharges, racing heart, dizziness, sleep durations. This require empathic and patient listening and proper interviewing.
2. Medical history: any diseases or health issues that have occurred in the past, like heart attacks or problems, any operations, accidents, etc. Ongoing medical issues, like diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroidism, etc. History of alcohol, drug abuse, smoking.
