The woman you know is on the flower list, but she believes that she's the only woman in his romantic life. You really think you should tell the woman. Your dilemma is that you have a professional responsibility to keep the company's information private. However, you also believe that you have a responsibility to the woman. Do you tell her? Primary objective of business is to earn profit by conducting business in the most professional manner. But there are some social responsibilities of the business towards the society where it is working. It is expected from the business to earn profit, but in the ethical way. So everyone including business has moral responsibility to act in ethical way. In the present case act of the man is unethical and is against the moral values of society where business is existing. So being a responsible member of the society I would tell the fact to the woman because this may save her from being deceived by a fraud person and this is ethical way of conducting business.
In all of the four cases mentioned here my decision would be the same. I will fulfill my responsibility towards the society by mentioning the true facts to the women.
