14. Lactase has a physiological pH of 7.8 and catalase has 7 and not function in stomach optimally because in stomach pH is very low and falls upto 1.3 and in such small pH these enzyme can't function optimally.

15. Optimal temperature of body remain around 37°C and if temprature arise the enzymes activity is increased but at extreme temperatures enzymes are denatured and not function at all. Also decreasing body temprature inactivates the enzymes.

16. Lactase is enzyme which breaks glycosidic bond between glucose and galactose and convert them into monosaccharides but glucose is already a monosaccharides and lactase can function on it or other sugars.

17. Animal tissue shows more catalase activity since animals have peroxisomes. Catalase is found in large amount in peroxisomes and involved in elimination of Reactive Oxygen Species (ROX) .

18. Peroxide generates ROX but catalase is involved in elimination of ROX. Increasing ROX with catalase deficiency will cause oxidation of pigment present in and oxidation will similar to rusting of iron. It will convert the hairs into grey colour.
