Ans. The team members for development of fall prevention program includes:

Physician: They are important to assess the fact that no prevention measure has worse effect on patient like their posture, physical activities etc.

Nurses: They are the most important in this case as they are the most familiar and close to the patients and has more idea about the cause of falls and can give better prevention ideas to be implemented.

Safety assistants: they are the one who will assess the safety of the patient and need proper guidance as they can prevent the fall.

Ans. Following are the components used for Morse Fall Risk Scale

1. History of falling; immediate or within 3 months

2. Secondary diagnosis

3. Ambulatory aid; Bed rest/nurse assist Crutches/cane/walker Furniture

5. Gait/Transferring; Normal/bedrest/immobile
