Question
Sally is a 17-year-old student. She is at college all day long where she spends most of her time sitting. She goes straight from college to do overnight shifts 4 nights a week. She usually skips breakfast and eats fast food at lunchtime. In the evening she usually snacks on crisps and chocolate and drinks 2 -3 cans of Red Bull to keep her awake. The only exercise she gets is the occasional student party where she dances all night. At these functions, she usually drinks heavily and suffers from bad hangovers the morning after. She has noticed that she is always feeling tired and finds it difficult to concentrate at college. She feels anxious sometimes and regularly suffers from aches and pains.
