Patient with the heart problem has to take low fat, cholesterol diet because if we take high-fat diet the cholesterol, very low-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein get accumulated in the blood vessels that go to reduce the lumen of the artery. in this case, the heart has to generate more force to overcome the obstruction that is being provided by the VLDL, LDL, in that case, person feel high blood pressure and may have the heart attack out of two food product we have to choose the product which has the high amount of HDL(high-density lipoprotein ) because HDL scavenges the VLDL. LDL from the artery make the artery lumen again to the normal stage, that means HDL is good as compared to LDL.
