Using only this information, give your best estimate of the total volume of water used by the factory between 6 am and 9 am.

If we assume the flow rate is increasing linearly, then we just need to
find the area under the trapezoid. We get Volume

V= 0.5*time*(90+280)

=0.5*3*(90+280)
